Returns Eligibility

  • Quality Concerns:
     Items that arrive damaged, do not meet agreed-upon specifications, or have serious flaws in quality that are demonstrated by visual inspection or laboratory testing are eligible for return.

  • Incorrect Product:
     Please get in touch with us within seven days of delivery if the rice variety, grade, or packaging you receive differs from what you ordered.

  • Export & Bulk Orders:
    Only significant quality problems or regulatory non-compliance, as confirmed by third-party reports, are eligible for returns for international and bulk shipments.

How To Request a Return or Refund

  1. Inform Us Without delay

    Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact Nanda Agrotech’s support team at info@nandaagrotech.com or sales@nandaagrotech.com. If you have any photos to back up your claim, please send them along with your order number.

  2. Verification & Assessment
    In addition to reviewing your request and inspecting the batch, our team may ask for supplementary paperwork such as lab reports or import inspection certificates.

  3. Resolution
    If your claim is valid, we will offer one of the following:

    • Replacement shipment of the affected goods

    • Refund to your original payment method (for approved retail orders)

    • Credit towards your next purchase (for frequent export partners)

Important Conditions

  • Products that are returned must not be opened, must be in their original packaging, and must be stored according to the instructions.

    If there are small defects, quality changes because the item wasn’t handled properly after delivery, or changes in what the buyer needs after shipment, there are no refunds.

    For bulk and export orders, claims must be backed up by inspection reports from an outside party or certificates from the appropriate authority.

    Nanda Agrotech will decide how much to charge for shipping returns (if applicable) based on the type of claim.

Processing Time

Refunds and returns that have been approved will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of receiving the returned items (if necessary) and confirming their validity. All messages about returns and refunds will be handled in a clear and quick way.
